How do I withdraw funds from my Printful Enterprise Balance?

You can withdraw available funds from your Printful Enterprise Balance by submitting a withdrawal request.

Before you withdraw, keep in mind:

• Withdrawals can only be returned to the original payment source (e.g., the same card or PayPal you used to add funds).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 5.
• Changing your billing currency disables your USD balance — you’ll need to switch back to USD to withdraw any remaining funds.

Note that your sales profits are paid out directly in your sales channel (Shopify). Printful Enterprise only charges you for order fulfillment. Your Printful Enterprise Balance is used for top-ups and refunds, not for receiving profit.

How do I request a withdrawal?

1. In your Printful Enterprise account, go to Wallet → Payments.
2. Under Printful Enterprise Balance, click Withdrawal.
3. Enter the withdrawal amount and click Confirm withdrawal.

You’ll see the request appear in your Transactions tab.

Processing times

• It may take up to 2 business days for the withdrawal request to be approved by our team.
• If the balance was originally topped up using a card, it may take up to 10 business days for the bank to process the withdrawal.
