The limitations apply to the following actions:
- Viewing products, variants, or shipping information in our catalog
- Uploading, archiving, or viewing images
- Creating, updating, viewing, deleting, or publishing products
- Viewing, canceling, or calculating shipping costs for orders
What is the fair use policy?
It refers to using Printful Enterprise as intended—like creating products, connecting a store, and preparing to sell. Unusually high or automated activity beyond normal use may lead to request limits.
Note that customers who use the Printful Enterprise platform within the fair use policy are not affected by these limitations.
