How can I publish the Printful Enterprise shipping rates to Shopify?

Our Shopify integration uses shipping profiles, eliminating the need for manual shipping setup for your products. The correct shipping rates will automatically be assigned upon publishing. Simply choose which shipping methods to enable for the product and publish products from the Printful Enterprise side.

To ensure the rates on your Shopify are the same as Printful Enterprise's shipping rates, remember to choose the Automatically assign and update profile option each time you publish a new product:

When choosing the Automatically assign and update option, our system will either create a new shipping profile for the product or automatically select an existing profile with matching settings if one has already been created.

For example, if you’ve previously created a product using Bella+Canvas 3001 and selected to automatically create and assign a shipping profile, we will reuse that same shipping profile for all subsequent Bella+Canvas 3001 products.

Note that a maximum of 100 shipping profiles are allowed per Shopify account. If you reach this limit, please choose an existing profile to publish or delete a profile to create a new one.

To publish shipping rates in bulk

1. Go to the My Products page in Printful Enterprise.
2. Check the boxes next to the products you wish to update or click Select all.
3. Click on Edit Shipping.
4. Select Automatically assign and update or a custom profile you've created in Shopify.
5. Finally, click on Confirm and publish.

To publish shipping rates individually

1. Navigate to the My Products section in Printful Enterprise and click on the product.
2. Click Edit under the Shipping section and select the Automatically assign and update option from the drop-down menu.
3. Go down to Publishing settings and ensure that the checkbox for Shipping profile is marked.
4. Click Publish to sync the changes with your store.

There is a limit of 12 rates per profile or region. This restricts the maximum number of items that can be added to an order, allowing up to 12 units of the same product, 12 different products that share the same shipping profile, or any combination of the above.

If you wish to exceed this limit, please manually edit the shipping profile in Shopify and add additional rates accordingly.
